What kinds of travel do you book?

I can help you plan and book most kinds of travel and I specialize in a few different areas: multi-generational trips, active travel, small group adventures, beach getaways, European vacations and small ship/river cruising. I am partnered with many high quality tour companies, accomodations, cruise lines, and travel suppliers. Working together, we will make sure your vacation is everything you want.

I can book flights as a part of a travel package or tour and sometimes can get even better rates that way. Generally, I don’t book flights only. Booking flights is tricky business with airfares ever-changing. I could find a rate for you in the morning and it might have gone up by afternoon. It makes more sense for you to be able to grab that rate. But, if you need some help with a more complicated booking, please reach out.

Both Uniglobe and Virtuoso are partnered with different property management companies that rent fully-vetted private homes and villas all over the world and I would be happy to book one of those for you. With that being said, I will not be booking AirBnB or VRBO. Those properties are not vetted and there are too many unknowns - I couldn't guarantee a great stay.

Why should I work with you?

What are your fees?

You might be surprised at how affordable it is to hire a travel advisor. I charge a planning fee of $50/traveler with a maximum of $150/family. This fee covers my time and work in researching your trip. Travel advisors also earn commission from bookings. This doesn’t mean your trip will cost more if you have a travel advisor book it. In fact, in many instances we can still secure a better rate for you than you can find on your own.

    • In the age of automated responses, you will get to deal with a human at FOMO Travel Co.; a human who cares about you and your vacation. I will take the time to get to know you and your travel preferences to make your trip all that you could possibly hope for.

    • Backed by the many experts and partnerships of Uniglobe Travel Center, I am armed with reliable knowledge about destinations, tour companies, cruises and activities. Don’t trust your vacation to unvetted reviews when you can tap into my network.

    • From the planning to booking to departure to trip follow-up, I will be there for you every step of the way. Vacations should give you less stress, not more. Anticipating issues and helping to resolve them when they do come up are what I am here for. My network of suppliers includes on-the-ground support in the destinations where you will be traveling.

    • Let me handle time-consuming research and booking reservations. Let me sort through the overwhelming abundance of travel information on hotels, flights and tours. I spend much of my days reading and learning about travel, so I can find answers quickly.
